This course is designed with life-long learning in mind to make you a learning superhero. Taking a holistic approach, we will explore the different areas and techniques that will make your study sessions engaging, and stress-free.
The course is targeted at both students and people who work and want to develop their careers further. In fact, it is targeted at adults who want to keep learning efficiently for life.
Within the course, we will first start by looking at how to process efficiently the huge amount of information that we receive on a daily basis. We will form the basis of a system that handles all the information. Then, we will talk about the importance of motivation, mood, nutrition, and exercise, the role they play in learning, and how to use them in our favor to enhance our learning capabilities. Then, we will learn a technique to create our study guide, a guide that will turn unstructured documentation into a highly customized learning highway. Effective use of time and recalls is the following topic, where we will learn techniques to use time and recall efficiently the information we have previously learned. Last but not least, we will talk about focus, a very important aspect of learning.
In my professional life, I hold a variety of certifications, including a Ph.D. in medical imaging and life coaching certifications. Apart from professional activities, I like to learn everything that makes me happy. For example, I am a taekwondo black belt, a chess player, drummer, dancer, among many others… I consider myself a fast and long-life learner!
